Volunteer Requirements
At Farmington Wrestling, a large part of our program is run by volunteers. As a result of this, we require all youth and middle school families to volunteer time to help run the program.

3 Sessions per Wrestler, MAX 5 Sessions per Family
A $300 check for volunteering is required PER WRESTLER
Volunteer checks are required to be turned in no later than the first week of practice.
Volunteer Buyout: $300/Wrestler.
Volunteer Sessions will be posted on our website and email notifications will be sent out when they are loaded.
Coach's Room Donations
High School tournaments typically have what are called “Coach’s Rooms” These are rooms set up with food so that the Coaches have the ability to get a quick bite in-between matches. At the HS level there are far less coaches than what we see here in the Youth Program with many wrestlers to coach, so their time is limited.
Farmington has an unofficial title of having The BEST Coaches Room! We strive every year to keep this tradition alive!
We lean on our parents, supporters, and even alumni to help donate food for the Coaches Room at 3 events:
HS Koda Classic: Saturday, January 10
9th Grade Regionals: Saturday, January 24
HS Individual Sections: Saturday, February 21
Email Notifications will be sent prior to each event requesting donations for the Coach’s Rooms.
